BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL CONTROL
Perform the budgetary and financial control of investments and development projects, establishing the work system (circuits, information flow, deliverable reports) that allows control mechanisms to be effective and, designing, preparing, and updating all relevant periodical reports, based on received data and information.

CONTRACTUAL AND FORMAL-LEGAL ASPECTS
Assist in contractual and formal-legal aspects in contracting processes, elaborating, reviewing, and amending agreements in connection to service providers and determining both rendering conditions and invoicing procedures of same.

BUSINESS PLANS
Create, review and adapt business plans, customized for each entrepreneurial Project, analyzing the sector and economic environment, confirming the Project’s feasibility, calculating the potential profitability and return of investment, defining all essential and needed resources both human and material to reach the intended purposes, preparing all relevant documentation and collaborating in
the funding request.

MANAGEMENT REPORT
Design Management Report models, creating a periodical reports structure (configuration, parameters included, frequency, gathering channels, distribution), determining the key performance indicators (KPIs) list, defining them, the source, and data acquisition procedure, detailing the tasks
to perform and the responsibilities to be assumed by each collaborator, deciding all relevant documents, and needed channels for a proper information flow.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Implement policies and procedures, updating those currently used or designing new measures or circuits, based on those activities that require to be included in a written procedure in pursuit of establishing them under a time continuance approach, elaborating management, administrative, accounting, internal control, internal audit, and procurement manuals.

PROCESSES AND CIrCUITS
Review management processes and administrative circuits, proposing and developing specific actions and measures within each consecutive Business Basic Cycle (Sales-Revenue, Purchases- Expense, Closing-Reporting), for each identified axe of improvement, always bearing in mind their impact in the business performance.
