Provided by our flexibility, we have a varied portfolio that allows us to fulfil buy-side or sell-side requirements, regarding hotel properties both city and vacation Hotels, of different category and diverse locations. We are in contact with and connected to investors as well as to hotel chains and hotel properties private owners.
All handled operations are backed by agreements, selling or buying mandates undersigned by the company, or by other professionals that have signed collaboration agreements with the company, so as we can always guarantee a direct deal with the final customer.

Javier studied at ICADE – Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid), he is Licentiate in Law and Graduate in Business Administration. He was also awarded the Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) – University of Cambridge (UCLES) and the Certificate of Proficiency – Grade XI (GESE) – Trinity College London.
A 30-year path, developed in different areas (audit, finance and administration, organization, business consulting, owners’ and entrepreneurs’ advising), diverse environments (local, national and international) and companies (family, corporate groups, parent groups or subsidiaries), make him a solid professional.
After holding governing and management positions for a dozen years, since 2005 have spent almost 20 additional years developing Business Consultancy projects at ORGANIZA ADVISORS.
He works indistinctively in Spanish and English, always in an independent way, reaching the goals through the proper performance of his assumed duties and competencies.
He is accustomed to creating, organizing and adapting Company structures and teams to new situations.
He has developed a strong component in team management and motivation.
He is a specialist in reviewing business basic cycles’ procedures, detecting axes of improvement and proposing
corrective actions.
He has supported, assisted and advised clients within the whole Company creation process, performing Project’s feasibility and investments’ reasonability analysis.
Is also seasoned in Company and businessmen advising during both business grow and consolidation processes, following reasonability and proportionality criteria, with a long-term continuance approach.
He is experienced in managing budgetary control and day-to-day follow-up of owning companies’ investments.
Has developed a strong capability when negotiating with suppliers, service providers, clients, financial institutions and public organisms.
He accumulates extensive practice in designing Management Report models, maintaining and updating all kinds of periodical reporting (general ledger, financial, statistical, budgetary and internal control).
