Revised the eco-fin area, its Business Basic Cycle’s procedures (Sales-Revenue, Purchases-Expense, Closing-Reporting), formulate axes of improvement helpful for a superior performance, develop and implement proposed actions and measures.

Feasibility and net company contribution analysis for each Business Unit disaggregate production
(sales) and overall expenditure, following proportionality and logic criteria to obtain the detail for each revenue or expense item.

The Company
5 Star Hotel located in Barcelona, from Dec 2014 to Dec 2016 undergoes major Refurbishment.

Accomplished Work
Manage the Budgetary and Financial Control of the Hotel Refurbishment Project: Establish the Work System (circuits, information flow, deliverable reports) that allows control mechanisms to be effective; Assistance in both consultants and service providers’ contracting process and invoicing conditions and procedure determination; Design, prepare and update all relevant financial periodical documentation, based on received data and information.

Holding Group dedicated to investing in different companies and industries, which is developing its own management software tool to allow the aggregation and consolidation of financial information.

Accomplished Work
Designed and elaborated a homogeneous model to present profit and loss accounts. Review and adapt their chart of accounts. Creation of new uniform accounts adapted to each company’s activity.
Incorporate all budgets to the software application. Create budgetary control reports.

PROYECTO HOTEL MANAGUA

An engineering and construction company who owns a plot in Managua and wishes to promote, develop, and construct a hotel.

Accomplished Work
Search for a hospitality company interested in managing the Hotel and negotiating the BAMA (Branding and Management Agreement).
Seek subsidies, grants, loans, or financing provided by Spanish, European or International agencies for this type of projects.
Prepare all deliverable documents (Sale Brochure / Blind Profile), including Profit & Loss account in USALI format and budget projections for year 1 to 5.

Decoration franchises leading company, with a network of more than 450 shops which is under a restructuring process of the administration and finance area.

Accomplished Work
Review of company procedures: generated reports, software tools in-use and assigned human resources. Specific improvable aspects detailed-way detection. Proposal of specific amendment
actions for each identified case, within each consecutive stage of basic business cycles (sales- revenue, purchases-expense, and closing-reporting).

The Company
A firm with activity in the deployment of fibre optic networks within urban environments using already available drainage galleries, involved in a growing stage that is planning about the acquisition of another company that performs horizontal drilling with may contribute with commercial synergies.

Accomplished Work
Design a profit and loss account format that may show the company’s historical financial data.
Develop an annual budget model and a 4-year projection. Obtaining of financial statements for the same period so that once aggregate to the same information from the company to be bought, will make it possible to present a report to the banking companies interested on financing such operation.

Interim Management project

The Company
Communication Consultancy Group (offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Lima, and Bogotá) that in a five-year period has only developed a commercial and operations structure, lacking a Finance and Administration area that provides support and contribution.

Creating, organizing, and restructuring the administration and finance area within its aspects of administration, accounting, periodical reports, budgetary and management control, treasury, working team definition, job description, budgets and projections, company legal structure and contracting and fiscal situation.
